Ok so my prophecies character has traveled to factions before but i never really did anything.. now i want to do the campaign in factions but i dont know what to do.. i dont have any primary quests on me either

Travel to Kaineng and check if you have any missions completed (via the main map). That might work. Or, alternatively, look at this page

You must have completed that quest, so just keep on clicking on the "Followed by" links on the right hand side of the page. If the quest is given by somebody, just go and find them and see if they can give you the quest. If it's just a mission, check if you've done it, and if not.. do it.

Well, you could follow the wiki's list of primary quests in Cantha.

However, if you have been to Cantha before, but have finished all primaries, try going to the Vizunah square mission outpost (foreign) - that's where the chain of primary quests ends. Do the mission, and look for new primary quest NPCs.

i havent finished all primaries i think i abandoned them.. i completed vizunah square thanks though

After Vizunah Square you will end up in Dragon's Throat. There is an NPC there who will give you a quest to meet Master Togo and Mhenlo outside.
